Showstoppers Plus does many things in house, but we also use outside resources to provide whatever is needed to make your event outstanding!
Showstoppers plus is specialized in balloon decor (custom centerpieces, themed balloon arches, organic balloon walls, specialty balloon drops, and the latest trends in balloon design!).
We can help you find the absolute best in entertainment (DJs, musicians, dancers, comedians, ventriloquists, celebrity impersonators, face painters/twisters, carnival rides, casino, bounce houses, clowns, etc).
We provide fun games/custom scavenger hunts/ and other activity ideas to get your guests engaged (trivia, games, contests, etc).
We provide you with the right caterer, food truck, bartenders, & other food services We provide custom candy tables/desserts/dessert trucks.
We provide creative/ innovative ideas/ themes.
Showstoppers can also find you custom cakes to match your theme or party needs.
Party Equipment (chairs, tables, linens, tents, heaters, generators, etc).
OR anything else you need for your event/party!!! We can make it HAPPEN!
With over 30 years experience, our Partyology Team knows who and what is best to make you next party fabulous!
We recommend placing an order at your earliest convenience (a year before, 2 years before, a few months before). The earlier you book your order, the more availability we have to get you what you need. We do accept orders placed within 3 days prior to event, however we CANNOT guarantee we will be able to get you everything you will need due to availability of balloons, entertainment, etc. We will try to make it happen in emergency circumstances!
FYI- Our busy season is between April-June. So it is better to book early!!
A minimum order of $350 is required.
Showstoppers will promptly be at your event at the designated set up time. Showstoppers Plus is able to help set up and clean up after the event The required set up fee/delivery is $75 and clean up is additional. (Please contact us for clean up pricing if needed).

We provide services ANYWHERE and our main focus is in the NJ, NY, and PA area.
Once your event is booked, a non refundable deposit is required and payment in full is due 1 week prior to event. Cancellations must be made at least 1 week prior. Cancelations are entitled to refund excluding the non refundable deposit.
If your event is on a date of inclement weather (snow, rain, etc.) Showstoppers will honor an alternative date if notified 24 hours prior to start time.
For balloon ONLY orders, we recommend a 50% deposit to reserve date of event.
For BIGGER orders (decor, entertainment, catering, multiple services etc)- we recommend a 25% deposit to reserve date of event.

Yes, feel free to email pictures of things you would like for your party! For a price quote, a $50 deposit will get credited to your order.
Showstoppers Plus uses high quality balloons from Qualatex and Betallatex. Balloons are made of latex or foil (non-latex). We have a variety of colors/designs available to choose from. See Qualtex.com and betallic.com for color charts.
